Peanut Butter Quesadillas

Kids love this hot peanut butter and jelly sandwich style treat.
Ingredients -
1 Teaspoon Butter
1 Four Tortilla (10 inch)
2 Tablespoons Peanut Butter
2 Tablespoons Grape Jelly
 
Preparation:

1. In a skillet over medium heat melt the butter.

2. Spread peanut butter on one side of the tortilla.

3. So the peanut butter is on one side fold the tortilla in half.

4. Place the folded tortilla in the skillet, and heat it for 2 minutes on each side, until lightly browned.

5. Slice it into wedges.

6. Dip it in the jelly to serve.

Cleaning Mushrooms
Wipe mushroom caps with a camp cloth or paper towel to remove any dirt, just prior to using. Do not run mushrooms under water.

Good asparagus stalks will be firm, straight and dry. The tips will be compact and closed tight. The color should be vibrant.
