1. Spread each flour tortilla with 1/4 mustard.
2. Sprinkle each with Swiss cheese.
3. Top each with 1 ham slice and 1 tablespoon pineapple.
4. Fold the tortilla in half.
5. In a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat place. one or two filled tortillas.
6. Cook until cheese melts which is about 1 minute per side.
