Hawaiian Quesadillas

Ham, Swiss cheese, pineapple and honey mustard quesadilla. Cooked until tortillas brown and cheese melts.
Ingredients -
4 Flour Tortillas (6 inch size)
4 Teaspoons Prepared Honey Mustard
1 Cup Swiss Cheese (divided and shredded)
4 Slices Cooked Ham
1 Can Crushed Pineapple (8 oz size, well drained)
 
Preparation:

1. Spread each flour tortilla with 1/4 mustard.

2. Sprinkle each with Swiss cheese.

3. Top each with 1 ham slice and 1 tablespoon pineapple.

4. Fold the tortilla in half.

5. In a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat place. one or two filled tortillas.

6. Cook until cheese melts which is about 1 minute per side.
